Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FAITHBOOK CONNECT account and its data at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the FAITHBOOK CONNECT app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose to delete your account, then confirm.

By email (no app needed)

  1. Write to support@myfaithbook.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name and the email or phone number on your account, plus your username if you know it.
  3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. Your account is then deleted, and we email you when it is done.
Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile: name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
  • Your posts, comments, messages, and the media you uploaded.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Processing and traffic logs are kept for at least one (1) year, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
  • Information needed for an investigation is kept for the statutory period required by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your account cannot be restored afterwards.
